Hi, I am Idonette. That’s me on the right side and on the left is my better half Viv (did you see what I did there )

We live in Cape Town, South Africa. I am in Marketing/Branding and Viv is in Finance. We are just two DIY- decor junkies who started a blog to document our love for interiors, making something out of nothing and the crazy journey of renovating our first home called Raybelle.

We bought Raybelle in May 2011. She was a really ugly duckling. When nobody wanted to buy her, we saw the potential in her.

We have now sadly sold Raybelle, because we are relocating to Stellenbosch. Spare me the tears on explaining why we are moving out of our first baby, Raybelle. You can rather read more about it here.

In May 2012 we added Lola Bear to our family. She is a Staffordshire Terrier and the queen of the house.

We invite you to this new chapter on our lives. We are now torn between renovating again or building our next home. That might be a very interesting project. It is a whole new playing field. Something we have no idea about.
